We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grinder to join our client's growing manufacturing team in the Beaver Dam, Wisconsin area. If you take pride in producing high-quality, precision parts and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!

Position –  Grinder

Job Location –  Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

Starting Date –  ASAP

Employment Term –  Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –  Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –  2nd shift - trains on 1st

Starting Pay –  $18-$19 per hour

Required Experience –  1 year of grinding experience

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets and related technical data
• Place springs into grinder and monitor to obtain proper grind
• Inspects springs for proper ground ends and check for desired length
• Clean machine and perform minor maintenance

Requirements

• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
