Are you ready to lend a helping hand in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Oshkosh client’s team as a Temporary Material Handler. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for short-term work, gaining experience in logistics and warehousing, and contributing immediately to operational success.

Position – Material handler

Job Location – Oshkosh, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Contract

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1st shift

Starting Pay – $18 to $22 based on exp

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

As a Material Handler, you will be crucial to keeping the facility organized and the production/shipping running smoothly. Your duties will include:

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Processing: Unloading, verifying, and stocking incoming materials, supplies, and products.
• Inventory Management: Accurately performing cycle counts and assisting with physical inventory.
• Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Movement and Storage: Safely moving materials to and from designated areas using manual methods or equipment like pallet jacks.
• Organization: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Quality Control: Inspecting materials for damage and reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications 

• Must have prior forklift experience and have worked in manufacturing for at least 3 years
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are a must for this temporary role
