Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a fast-paced role with room to grow? We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused 2nd Shift Material Handler to support production, inventory movement, and daily workflow within a busy manufacturing environment.

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift | 3:30PM–12:00AM
Starting Pay – $20.00/hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED preferred
Required Experience – 1+ year forklift experience (sit-down & stand-up)
Job Summary
The 2nd Shift Material Handler is responsible for safely operating forklifts, moving materials throughout the production facility, and supporting inventory flow to ensure efficiency across all departments. This individual must be organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-energy manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
Identify, pull, and deliver parts to the correct inspection areas or production cells.
Receive completed assemblies and process work orders from production.
Interpret workflow and schedules to stay ahead of production needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a manufacturing environment..
Strong verbal communication skills.
Excellent attendance and reliable transportation.
Strong teamwork skills and consistent safe work habits.
