Position – Welding Team Member

Job Location – Jackson, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift

Starting Pay – $28-$33/Hour

Welding Team Member is responsible for setting up, troubleshooting and running both spot and robotic welders. Welding team member is also required to stick weld parts to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run/operate welding equipment, grinders and sanders.

• Facilitate set up and troubleshooting on welders, spot welders and robotic welders.

• Read corresponding prints and execute parts to print.

Qualifications

• MIG, TIG and robotic welding experience are required.

• Experience in a metal manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively as needed.
