Position – Assistant Team Lead
Job Location – De Pere, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to Hire – potentially Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift
Starting Pay – $21 (+) Based on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – 1(+) year construction field
Background Profile:

Ability to act as supervisor when needed

Ability to be hands on

Assist with scheduling

Assist with overseeing daily activities/tasks

Assist with training needs
-
Conduct quality inspections
-
Ability to read/comprehend blueprints/schematics

Ability to use various hand/power tools
-
Prior construction experience required

Prior leadership experience is a plus

Possess excellent communication skills

Possess positive attitude

Perform other duties as assigned
