Description:

  • Answering phone

  • Opening/processing mail

  • Basic data entry

  • Bank runs

  • Other basic duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • Friendly, cheerful, professional, and confident demeanor

  • Must have excellent customer service and phone handling skills

  • Prompt, punctual, and reliable

  • Seeking someone to grow and stay long term with the company
