Duration:                    Temp to Hire

 

Hours of Work:          Monday – Friday. 830AM – 500PM

 

Pay:                             $19.23/hour - 40K Annually  

 

Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Honolulu Office

  • Run business and personal errands (lunch pickup, supplies, etc) primarily downtown but may include other parts of island at times.

  • Other tasks or duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Experience with Google Suites

  • Experience with Zoom

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to take on a projects, conduct research and report back quickly

  • Ability to take directions and execute tasks quickly and efficiently

  • Ability to think on their feet and make decisions

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and executing updates  - Instagram, Facebook

  • Knowledge or experience with hotel/hospitality/real estate development industries

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette

  • Organized and able to multitask

  • Positive attitude and a team player

  • Must have experience working with excel, word, Gmail and operating general office equipment
