Hours of Work: Monday – Friday. 830AM – 500PM
Pay: $19.23/hour - 40K Annually
Description:

Provide administrative support to the Honolulu Office

Run business and personal errands (lunch pickup, supplies, etc) primarily downtown but may include other parts of island at times.

Requirements:

Experience with Google Suites

Experience with Zoom

Experience with Microsoft Office

Ability to take on a projects, conduct research and report back quickly

Ability to take directions and execute tasks quickly and efficiently

Ability to think on their feet and make decisions

Knowledge of social media platforms and executing updates - Instagram, Facebook

Knowledge or experience with hotel/hospitality/real estate development industries

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional telephone etiquette

Organized and able to multitask

Positive attitude and a team player

Must have experience working with excel, word, Gmail and operating general office equipment
