Pay Rate: $50k – $70K/annual, Based on Experience

 

This organization is a registered wealth management firm, located in San Francisco Bay area with an office in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii. Their mission is to ensure the preservation of their client’s capital. Building upon this foundation, they develop an investment strategy for achieving growth based on the specific needs of the client and their tolerance toward risk. To carry out their client’s objectives, they utilize best-of-breed investments that range from efficient and asset class-driven to highly-specialized and proprietary.

 

Description:

  • Client Onboarding support which will consist of preparing and sending New Account/Transfer paperwork, overseeing transfer of assets, working with our back office (TD Ameritrade Institutional/Charles Schwab & Co.,) on all Operation tasks related to client accounts (i.e., opening client accounts, ongoing updates, etc.,)

  • Processing wires, ACH’s, and journals

  • Track, monitor, and distribute all tax documents and other requests made by the client and/or their accountants.

  • Sending emails to/from clients and between internal team members. This will include incoming/outgoing physical mail, scanning, answering incoming calls, checking voicemail.

  • Providing support to team members, i.e., scheduling client meetings/zoom meetings/conference calls, maintaining calendars, preparing conference room for in-house client meetings,

 

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and good organization is a must

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook Exchange, DocuSign, and Laser App

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years of Operations experience in Financial Industry

  • New graduates who have a desire to be in the financial services industry are also encouraged to apply

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills

  • Work effectively with all levels of personnel as part of a team and individually

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Displays integrity and accountability

  • Must adhere to confidentiality practices and guidelines

  • Flexible to work beyond normal business hours (if and when needed)
