Pay Rate: $15.00 – $16.00/hour

Description:

• Responsible for maintaining the company's accounting records on a timely basis.

  • This includes the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable ledgers, trial balance and other financial reports.

• Data entry

• Filing

• Sorting and organization skills

• Communication skills

• Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines when needed

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or Associates Degree

• 6 months - 1 year of related experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel)

• Working knowledge of SAGE 100 preferred

• Knowledge of federal, state, local, corporate, payroll and general excise taxes preferred
