This organization is one of the largest and long-serving airlines in Hawaii. They are seeking professional, passionate, and aloha-spirited individuals to join their team!

Description:

• Create, update, and maintain timelines for integrated marketing projects within the Asana project management tool

• Attend and occasionally lead/facilitate weekly Integrated Marketing team meetings and any other key meetings associated with projects

• Assist with managing the annual marketing calendar

• Support the drafting/creation of project briefs

• Communicate project updates to the broader integrated marketing team

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Extremely organized with tasks and workload planning

• Able to manage and execute from a list of varying assigned tasks

• Strong project management skills

• Flexible attitude and able to work cross-departmentally

• Detail-oriented – able to spot issues with timelines and identify opportunities for improvement

• Experience using a project management software such as Asana, Wrike, Monday.com or Trello preferred

• Experience in an administration, marketing or communications role preferred

• Project management experience preferred

• Tech savvy - able to easily adopt new technology and/or software preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Outlook, Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams preferred
