Location: Remote/Work from Home (Must have phone, internet, and space to work, following Remote Guidelines; Laptop and other equipment will be provided. Homebase: Kapolei, HI

Parking: Parking not provided

Pay Rate: $13.00 – $16.00/hour

Description:

  • Support all IHMS Model of Care programs with various administrative tasks and projects

  • Manage inbound calls for member inquiries and referrals

  • Conduct welcome calls to Quest Integration SHCN and DSNP members

  • Conduct outreach calls for Stars program initiatives

  • Complete other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Skilled and experienced in phone servicing required.

  • Skilled and experience in MS Office (Word, Excel Outlook) required.

  • Skilled and experienced in Data Entry required.

  • Typing speed 35+ wpm required.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Sufficiently cross-trained to provide administrative support to all members of the team as required.

  • Team Player – the willingness to give anything a try to help the team.

  • Effectively work with all-levels of management and other colleagues; demonstrated initiative, mature judgement, and customer-service orientation.

  • Effectively communicate with members, colleagues, physicians, and plan representatives.

  • Actively listen to members to determine needs and direct them to the appropriate destination.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables while re-directing to appropriate resources.

  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information.
