Description:

Responsible for converting existing paper documents into digital copies using scanning equipment.  The primary duties include preparing documents for scanning, scanning the documents, placing scanned records into the proper computer storage, verifying accuracy and quality, and reporting the progress to the supervisor on at least a weekly basis.
