Terms of Employment: Full-time

Position Summary: Monitor incoming calls and answer telephone calls and respond as required. The Alarm Monitoring Center is a 24/7 operation and the employees work various shifts to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

Essential Functions:

1. Respond to alarms and accurately document each step for historical records

2. Dispatch police, file or guard service as necessary.

3. Notify customers of alarm problems.

4. Answer incoming customer and technician calls and assist as applicable.

5. Monitor and protect integrity requirements for a secured facility.

Other Functions:

1. Assists with projects

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Call center experience preferred

Specific Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel experience, prioritize, multi-task and have an investigatory mindset to troubleshoot during active alarms. Type 35 words per minute.

Specialized Knowledge: Training is provided to new employees

Working Conditions: works in a secured facility, air conditioned within the call center. Seated for majority of the work shift.
