Description:

We are a dynamic and innovative company that is looking for a highly organized, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Operations Specialist. This person will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional support and project management, as well as playing a key role in product development, marketing, and data analysis. This full-time position offers an opportunity to grow and develop skills in various areas and requires an individual who is innovative, passionate about learning and improvement, focused, disciplined, and eager to contribute to the success of the companies we operate.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Project Management: Manage projects effectively, including the development of project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Administrative Work: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and scheduling appointments.

  • A Little Development: On-the-job training will be provided, the ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, step out of their comfort zone, and have an understatement that mistakes are a part of the process.

  • User Feedback/Experience: Actively seek user feedback and work with the team to improve the user experience of our products.

  • Product Development: Collaborate with the team to develop new products and features, conducting market research and providing input on product design and functionality.

  • Marketing: Contribute to marketing efforts, including the creation of promotional materials and the management of social media accounts.

  • Data Analysis/Data Visualization: Analyze data to provide insights and make informed decisions, utilizing data visualization tools to present data in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Onboarding Customers/Training: Conduct training sessions for new customers to ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience and are able to use our products effectively.

Requirements:

 

? Strong organizational and project management skills.

? Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

? Passion for learning and improvement, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

? Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools is a plus.

 

Other Functions:

Education: High School Diploma

 

Specific Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel experience, prioritize, multi-task and have an investigatory mindset to troubleshoot during active alarms. Type 35 words per minute.

 

Specialized Knowledge: Training is provided to new employees
