Position Summary:
Candidate with strong computer skills who is able to multi-task. The Budget Coordinator will help on establishing the reporting tools and data entry system to support leadership's ability to manage the budget. The position will require advanced excel skills, experience in accounting, and high integrity. Budget management skills are preferable. An exceptional candidate will have great excel skills and an accounting background.
Description:

Provide support to the operation budget and forecasting workload for 2023.

Assist Medicare Programs staff to establish reporting tools and data entry to support the leadership on managing the budget.

Other duties as needed.
Requirements:

Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) required

Typing speed (45+wpm) required

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information.

Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines.

Demonstrate initiative and handle tasks without constant supervision.

Budget management skills are preferable.

Skilled in data entry required.
