Description:

 

The Customer & Administrative Staff position is a clerical role in their warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will posses high attention to detail, excellent phone customer service acumen, and impeccable attendance and work ethic. This position interacts with both customers and employees in all departments on a regular basis and must be able to multitask in a face-paced working environment.

 

Requirements:

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

  • Serves customers by providing information; responding to requests; resolving problems.

  • Communicates with other departments and works with all levels within the company.

  • Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request; answering questions; offering assistance.

  • Takes directions from Warehouse Admin Supervisor.

  • Computer data entry using customer’s database.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Comfortable communicating with Client’s Account Representatives, Technicians, and Corporate Headquarters.

  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

  • Exhibits Professionalism when dealing with internal and external customers.

  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

  • Familiar with operating office equipment – phone, fax, copy machine.

  • Basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide.

  • Works in an office environment – Monday to Friday.
