Instead of choosing to offer service like other competitors who do not adequately provide support and client tailoring; he chose to start his own Security Agency. Now, that wealth of knowledge is well known to industry insiders, professional clientele, and other agencies alike.

 

Today we provide a wide array of services from physical Security protection and regular patrol checks, to special event planning, executive protection, film and television projects, loss protection and prevention – all available state-wide twenty-fours hours a day, three hundred and sixty five days a year.

 

In addition, the Company provides Police assistance and remains focused on being a primary cog in the community in preventing and deterring crime while maintaining our high standard of service and excellence.

 

The Company represents a broad base of clients ranging from property managers, banks, utilities, residential dwellings, commercial properties, industrial complexes, and even the local and mainland film and advertising industries.

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team. One must be able to work calmly and proactively under stressful conditions. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and take on many duties with proficiency in computer literacy, communication, organizational, and time management skills. All while having a positive “Aloha Spirit” attitude. We are looking for someone who has a flexible mindset; willing to learn new skills and go above and beyond for our residents. The operations Assistant is a business professional who helps ensure a company runs efficiently.  This entry-level position specializes in operations management. The Operations Assistant typically reports directly to the operations manager and can carry out tasks such as gathering information from other department leads or updating paperwork. The main goal of an operations assistant is to help the operations manager find ways to improve a company's operations and introduce new processes that can enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helping the operations manager with daily tasks

  • Reviewing a company’s operations to suggest areas for improvement to the operations manager

  • Develop strategies for enhancing business processes with the operations manager

  • Organize and file documents

  • Schedule meeting and information sessions

  • Helping the HR department with recruiting and onboarding new employees

  • Completing administrative tasks as necessary

  • Communicating with customers and vendors

  • Answering questions about operations from other departments

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2-year college degree preferred

Dress Code: Business Casual

 

Specialized Knowledge: Training is provided to new employees

 

Working Conditions: works in a secured facility, air conditioned within the call center. Seated for majority of the work shift.
