Job Description:

Jr. Bookkeeper

We are a small office looking for an efficient, detail-oriented and entry-level bookkeeper adaptable to a uniquely customized accounting software. This is a part-time position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 12PM-4PM.

Bookkeeper Duties:

• Reviewing invoices for coding accuracy

• Processing payroll data

• Reconciling bank statements

• Preparing and analyzing journal entries

• Analyzing general ledger transactions

• Providing monthly financial reports on a timely basis

• Administering personnel employment benefits

Bookkeeper Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other software applications

• Must possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in bookkeeping

• Strong with numbers and problem-solving skills

• Analytical minded with attention to detail

• Good time Management skills

• Knowledgeable in accounting principles and procedures

• Must have a teachable attitude
