Description:
This company is a proud provider of medical supplies to the local people of Hawaii. The company is dedicated to providing orthopedic, pulmonary, mobility and women’s health products for over 20 years. They are a network provider for a majority of Hawaii’s health insurance companies.
Terms of Employment: Temporary (10/30/23 – 12/05/23)
Perform inventory utilizing customer reports generated from the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Utilize WMS reports to pull orders of merchandise/freight for incoming and outgoing orders.
Able to learn and retain customer's proprietary computer system.
Operate pallet jacks to organize orders for each customer.
Understanding palletizing techniques to properly organize orders for each customer and minimize merchandise damages.

Job Requirements
Provide excellent customer service - good communication skills both verbal and written.
Forklift certifiable and experience operating pallet jacks.
Knowledge on use of basic hand tools.
Perform basic math functions - add, subtract, multiply, divide.
Computer literate - knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and customer's computer system.
Able to work independently without close supervision in maintaining inventory counts for dedicated accounts. Possess cognitive abilities to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Flexible work schedule with overtime as needed to meet customers' needs.
Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Call center experience preferred
Specific Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel experience, prioritize, multi-task and have an investigatory mindset to troubleshoot during active alarms. Type 35 words per minute.
Specialized Knowledge: Training is provided to new employees
Working Conditions: works in a secured facility, air conditioned within the call center. Seated for majority of the work shift.
