Deliver the exceptional Experience to Clients, Property Managers, and Vendors through accurate, timely, and efficient accounting and extraordinary customer care. This position requires executing, and overseeing the processes of detailed Accounting/Accounts Receivable needs for multiple clients, while maintaining a pleasant and professional experience with an awareness for the business needs of each individual client while meeting deadlines. This position requires advanced accounting knowledge, prior multi-client accounting context, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. The Accountant is responsible for preparing accurate and timely monthly financial statements; day-to-day processing and auditing of accounting transactions; maintaining accounting records in the administration of financial activities; financial record keeping procedures; interpreting and applying auditors’ instructions and management’s policies; and performing complex special projects.

Requirements:  Must currently reside in Hawaii. College degree with emphasis in accounting, business, finance, or related field, and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.

Position Duties:
