Description:
This position reports to the FDA Processing Supervisor and Designate in charge. Primary duties and responsibilities are to work with the processing team by assisting, preparing, packing, sealing, lifting, washing, cleaning, and transporting of finished products. May be reasonable for data capture of quantities, weights, lots, dates, etc.
Essential Functions
All employees are required to work as a team: Working together makes for a happy workplace where all are centered around one-goal. The team player will assist and/or process, pack, and record the production of non-meat products and seafood into appropriate boxes and prepares product(s) for shipment. Ensures accuracy of order fulfillment while maintaining product quality. Support the processing of packaged foods and seafood products.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Obtains supplies of raw and packaging materials, process as trained and instructed, assembles bags, seal packages, place products in containers and/or boxes for shipment. |

Packs containers and bags with products, verify counts, weights, and measures amounts and adjusts quantities. |
