Job Description:

 

Responsible for providing excellent support and service to customers. Ensures we wow every customer in every interaction. Provides a fantastic customer experience that leaves a lasting impression, encouraging customers to keep coming back to us for all of their home furnishing needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides an exceptional experience during every customer interaction and creates lifelong raving fans of our family of brands.

  2. Creates and maintains a warm, friendly and personalized customer experience with a service focused attitude.

  3. Provides excellent customer support through responding to phone calls, emails, etc. in a professional and timely manner.

  4. Assists customers with their questions about various topics including but not limited to delivery questions, returns, exchanges, etc.

  5. Helps customers resolve delivery and product issues. Evaluates if repair, discount, replacement or refund is necessary. Assists customers to ensure a positive experience.

  6. Follows through on service orders, generates exchanges, arranges for pick up or orders parts to complete service orders.

  7. Assists customers with determining warranty claim coverage or provides alternative options to ensure customer satisfaction.

  8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.

  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  3. Experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.

  4. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to handle deadline pressures.

  5. Ability to learn and work with various office software and systems.

  6. Experience with using a point of sale system and data entry.

  7. Flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and procedures.

  8. Ability to use good judgment in making decisions which have significant impact on the Company’s credibility, operations, and services.

  9. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.

  10. Ability to work in a team environment.

  11. Sitting and/or standing for sustained periods of time. Moving throughout the office and retail space occasionally.

  12. Must be able to lift and/or exert up to 10 pounds of force at times. The responsibilities outlined in this document are not meant to be exhaustive and may change as determined by the business needs of the company.
