Description: In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and security of our events while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Verify ID badges and wristbands for authorized entry into secured or restricted areas.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Enforce all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.

Conduct security screenings in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-
Provide exceptional customer service to guests.

Welcome guests to the venue, collect tickets (entrance only), and answer questions.

Share relevant information with event attendees.

Perform other duties as assigned.
