We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily activities. Description:

 

  • Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide medical receptionist services, including scheduling appointments and processing patient information.

  • Utilize computer literacy skills to update patient records, manage electronic calendars, and maintain accurate and organized files.

  • Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Perform office management tasks, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including proofreading and typing documents as needed.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer customer questions and provide product information.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays.

  • Assist with inventory control and loss prevention.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

  • Welcome customers and help determine their orders.

  • Take customer orders and input the order into the point-of-sale system.

  • Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.

  • Accept cash and return the correct change. Process credit card transactions. Issue receipts.

  • Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift to ensure all transactions were performed accurately.

  • Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes and hand them off to the customer. Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide suggestions when appropriate.

  • Upkeep general cleanliness around the restaurant. Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces, including but not limited to chairs, tables, counters, and floor.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirement:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer literacy skills.

  • Experience in an office setting, preferably as a medical receptionist.

  • Bilingual skills are an asset.

  • Excellent customer support skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
