It's great as a marinade for beef, chicken and pork, and can be used as a dipping sauce or drizzled over any dish.

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer customer questions and provide product information.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays.

• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Welcome customers and help determine their orders.

• Take customer orders and input the order into the point-of-sale system.

• Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.

• Accept cash and return the correct change. Process credit card transactions. Issue receipts.

• Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift to ensure all transactions were performed accurately.

• Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes and hand them off to the customer. Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide suggestions when appropriate.

• Upkeep general cleanliness around the restaurant. Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces, including but not limited to chairs, tables, counters, and floor.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.

• Experience with cash handling, registers, and/or point-of-sale systems is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Good mathematical skills.
