Work Schedule Below: • Monday – Thursday 8:00AM - 7:00PM (Hours may vary) • Friday – 8:00AM – 5:00pm • Saturday 9:00AM – 1:00PM - rotation

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Description:
• Provide excellent customer service in speaking with the customer to intake and submit their Mastercard dispute claims
• Ensures appropriate action is taken within regulatory timeframes.
• This will be a Call Center type setting intaking calls from customers, branches and call center.
Requirements:
• Banking experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Solid writing skills necessary to correspond with customers
• Strong verbal communication skills necessary to handle calls from customers
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
• Familiarity with reviewing account transaction detail, statement and dispute process preferred
• Good time management
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with 10 key calculator and typewriter
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
