Receptionist

The Plus Group, Inc. is looking for a Receptionist/Clerical Support Staff to work in the Sacramento office of our clients, a firm that provides administrative services in multiple states.

This position must provide excellent customer service while performing reception duties, along with mail processing and general office services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for cordially answering and directing all incoming calls to appropriate party.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, UPS, FedEx, and courier service.

  • Perform a variety of clerical duties including data input and scanning.

  • Numerically and alphabetically file client physical files, documents and statements.

  • Maintain satisfactory attendance.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

KNOWLEDGE – SKILLS – ABILITIES

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong communication/professionalism skills

  • Knowledge of basic filing systems/processes

  • Ability to concentrate; highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

  • Familiarity with office business machinery

  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • One year Receptionist experience (multi-line phones), including general clerical duties.

  • Must be able to accurately file numerically and alphabetically.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word.

Starting pay for this position is $14.00/hr
