We are seeking the very best Administrative & Senior Administrative Assistants to work at this well respected & dynamic corporation!!
These successful candidates will work in a workshop (team environment) supporting multiple managers, maintain complex calendars, coordinate domestic & international travel, process expense reports, presentations, event planning and schedule teleconferences while providing a high level of customer service.
Compensation: $18-$26 hourly + Medical + Paid Sick Leave
•Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
•3+ years of previous Administrative experience required
•Previous calendar management; event coordinating; travel arrangements experience
•PC & Mac Proficient
•Advanced MS Office Suite
•Proficient user of Google Applications: Google Calendar; Google Docs, Google Drive
•Proficient user of SharePoint
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills
•Background Check to be completed contingent upon offer
