a Livermore financial institution is seeking a sharp, well spoken Customer Service Representative for their local branch. This is a Temp/Hire opportunity. The successful candidate will maintain relationships with customers by providing outstanding personalized service and responding to their account servicing needs in a prompt, efficient and accurate manner. Receive a moderate level of inbound calls daily. Actively listen and respond to customer needs while having a courteous and helpful attitude. Educate and cross sell customers on the company's products & services that will help the customer meet & exceed their financial needs.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
Two years of call center, bank or credit union customer service experience
High School Diploma / GED required
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Successful criminal background, drug and credit check upon offer
Hours: Monday - Friday
Non Bilingual Pay: $16.00-16.50 hourly + Medical + Paid Sick Leave
Bilingual Spanish Pay: $17.00-17.50 hourly + Medical + Paid Sick Leave
