The Plus Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a fast growing business in Oroville, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Handle multiple projects

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Ability to research legal matters, regulations procedures or processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven admin or assistant experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Knowledge of insurance claim processing a plus

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Confident in mathemathics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

 

This position pays $14-$16/hour DOE and is full time. All qualified candidates will be expected to complete all relevant skill assessments.
