A large Customer Service / Call Center in the East Bay area will start a training class of 10 upbeat, task driven Customer Service Representatives on July 8, 2019. The ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills along with face-to-face retail customer service experience or previous call center customer service experience. This center provides extensive customer service support to premier customers located throughout the United States geographic area.

Customer Service Representative / Call Center Associates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering high volume call center inbound calls

  • Provide outstanding Customer Service Representative / Call Center skills 100% of the time

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

  • Follow established policies & procedures at all times

  • Initiate outbound calls as necessitates

  • Perform work fast paced & efficient environment

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of previous Customer Service Representative experience

  • Retail customer service experience

  • Call Center experience a plus

  • Possess a positive attitude at all times

  • Must be a team player

  • Typing – 30+ NWPM

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to successfully complete a background check upon offer

 

Start Date: July 8, 2019

Duration: Temp to possible Hire

Hours of Operation: 5am – 6pm, Monday – Friday

Benefits: Medical + California Paid Sick Leave + 401K + Employee Discounts

Salary: $16.75 to $17.35 /hour
