The Plus Group is looking for a HR Clerk with a super customer service, able to work with anyone and assist with what is pressing in HR, outgoing personality. Someone with experience working in an office with confidential information would be a stellar match – especially HR environment. This role is for the candidate sitting in the front – heavy phones, loads of transfers and really hearing who they caller needs to go to.

  • This is the person who is the representative and face/voice of Human Resources.



  • Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts

  • Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations

  • Compile reports from personnel databases

  • Review and update HR information system records

  • Enforce company policies, rules and regulations

  • Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

  • Be the face of the department - answering phones, filing, transferring calls, assisting with questions



  • Previous experience in Human Resources

  • General knowledge of labor and employment laws

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • GED/ High School Diploma

  • Strong Admin/ Clerical experience
