Administrative Assistant - Provider Recruitment Department
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years administrative experience with increasingly responsible roles in administrative support
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Provider Recruitment Department. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of three years of administrative experience, demonstrating progressively responsible roles in administrative support. The successful candidate should possess a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute and have advanced abilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Provider Recruitment team
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Drafting and formatting documents, including letters, memos, and reports
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports
- Assisting with other departmental tasks and projects as needed
