A community-based healthcare organization is looking for Medical Assistant to work in their clinics in Oakland! This position is a full-time contract, possible temp to hire.
Shift is Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm/5pm.
Duties (may not be limited to):

Preparing exam rooms for patients

Assist doctors with minor procedures/examinations

Taking vital signs
-
Update EMR system
-
Work effectively with doctor/nurses providing accurate information for patient care
Requirements:
-
Completion of Medical Assisting program required
-
Be able to commute to different clinic as needed
-
6 months to 1 year minimum of hands-on Medical Assistant experience required
-
State Certified Medical Assistant preferred
Pay/Benefits:
-
$21 to $23 hourly DOE

Medical benefits after 60 days
-
Sick time pay after 90 days
