TPG is hiring and seeking several experienced Customer Service Representatives to join a health service organization in the Pleasant Hill area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in phone-supported customer service, with strong skills in handling challenging customer situations while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality customer support
- Handle escalated or challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism
- Update and maintain customer account information accurately
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented and follow company policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of phone-supported customer service experience
- Proven ability to manage difficult customers calmly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent typing\data entry accuracy
- Experience in a healthcare or service-related environment preferred but not required
Location: Pleasant Hill, CA area (On-site only – no remote/hybrid)
Pay Rate & Benefits: $19–$20 per hour DOE plus Medical Insurance after 60 days and Paid Sick Leave after 90 days
