2ND SHIFT INSPECTION 4:00pm - 12:30pm

• Perform visual inspection as well as perform testing of product, in order to identify small particles in cloudy solution, cosmetic defects or any other unusual defects, and monitor each room for pressure.
• Collect clean room environmental monitoring samples for surfaces, air and personnel.
• Record and document results of AQL inspection.
• Perform verification of room, area, or line clearance to ensure product segregation.
• Perform verification of product and components.
• Apply status labeling on product and components as required.
• Recognize and report deviations, equipment concerns, or potential problems immediately.
• Assist in deviation investigations, providing consistent compliant approach to assessing failures, recommending and implementing corrective measures, and provide direction on the disposition of materials, equipment, and facilities.
• Assist in periodic reviews of discrepancies to identify problem areas, root cause, and recommend corrective actions, and effective improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams on quality improvement projects or corrective actions.
Sta Bonus Incentive of $0.50 a week. Can Make up to $11.50 an hour.
