Long term temporary position available for a Bilingual (French/ English) Customer Support Representative. Must be able to take a typing test and have 40 wpm. Computer Savvy, the ability to listen to the customer, handle prompt solutions. Training will be provided on the products you will be handling customer calls, etc.
**We are in need of a French speaking CSR to field Canadian French speaking customers. 95% of the daily calls will be in English, so the English accent must also be very clear.
1130am-8pm Monday thru Friday
Agents may be asked to work 1 or 2 Saturdays a month from 9am-3pm
At that point they will only work 4 days a week in addition to the Saturday
