RESOLUTION MANAGER/COLLECTOR :
Work in 25 seat Call Center, calling on past due Medical, Utility, and Insurance Bills.
Starting pay is $12.15/hr plus commission and bonus. Realistic potential to earn over $1,000 per month in incentive pay.
Prior collection and call center experience not required, looking for job stability and the ability to listen and negotiate. Must be accountable and willing to learn.

Must be pleasant taking calls from tenants to inquire about dues, balances, and other inquires regarding home and the coverages provided my management company. Must be able to have accurate data entry and multitask.
Must have some previous customer service, can be from retail or office. THIS IS A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT. MUST BE COACHABLE AND TRAINABLE.
