Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming phone calls from homeowners, builders, customers and Plygem salespeople.

  • Gathering information on each situation and administering warranties.

  • Filling out complaint forms and ordering material.

  • Following up with Service Technicians with material reorders and return visits.

  • Validating invoices from subcontractors.

  • Answering technical questions.

  • Accepting and delivering feedback towards product and quality improvements.



Job Duties/Competencies:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Able to read a ruler.

  • Good phone skills, communication skills, and computer knowledge.

  • Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.

  • Good mechanical aptitude.

  • Ability to multi-task.
