Primary Responsibilities:

 

• Phone Screening Applicants (have a standard form to follow)

• Coordinate Phone Interviews, Travel Arrangements, Calendar management

• Compile and organize candidates in Excel to maintain candidate inventor

• Prepare new hire packets, help prepare for weekly orientation classes

• Do other projects and assignment as needed to help with sourcing, recruiting, onboarding and document of these steps

• Help Facility daily plant tour for prospective candidates

• Other miscellaneous tasks as needed Primary

 

Job Requirements:

 

• 1 year of administrative assistant (or) 6 months of recruiting experience

• Administrative experience within a human resources environment would be a plus

• Should have very strong communication skills and have confidence when presenting to others

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

• High School, GED or equivalent experience

• Must be able to read and understand English.

• Computer skills

• Background check required

• Must pass Drug Test
