Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

 

Job Summary:

Provide administrative and operations support for an organizational unit to ensure organizational effectiveness in accordance with established practices, processes, regulations, guidelines and standards in a safe and efficient manner. The associate is responsible for assisting the Human Resource Manager.

 

Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:

• Data entry

• Entering Data into Kronos/ Payroll

• Planning Charity and Holiday Events

• Corresponding with People that apply

• Sending Thank you Letter for People who applied

• Answer phones

• General clerical administrative duties

• Provide customer service

• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management

• Maintain a safe and clean work space

• Follow established safety rules and regulations

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative/clerical role

• Data Entry Experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong knowledge of computers

• Data entry experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Committed to quality, safety and communication

• Team-oriented and self-directed

• Word, Excel, Outlook Experience

• Good attendance

• Attention to detail

• Good communication

• Background check required

• Drug test required
