Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:

• Answering Phones And Route Calls As Necessary

• Making Outgoing Calls

• General Administrative And Clerical Support For Office

• Typing Documents Using Microsoft Word

• Data/Document Collection And Processing

• Reviewing Files And Records To Answer Requests For Information

• Dispatching

• A Minimum Of One Year Office Experience

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with accuracy.

• Ability to read and understand simple written communications

• Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel Experience. (Must Demonstrate Competency With Basic Word And Excel)

• High school diploma or GED

• Proficiency In Basic Computer Skills To Include Accurate And Efficient Typing

• Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills

• Ability To Write Routine Correspondence And To Be Easily Understood When Welcoming Visitors And Answering Phones

• Flexible, Adaptable, Ability To Multi-Task And Handle Multiple Telephone Calls And Inquiries At The Same Time
