Gravure Press Operator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Gravure Press Operator to join our team. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of presses to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Load and unload materials into the press machine
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on press machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of previous experience as a Gravure Press Operator or similar role.
- Proficient in operating press machines, including package, Fanuc, Machining, CAD, and press brake machines
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes
- Knowledge of CAM programming for press machines is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
