Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to revenue cycle management
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
Experience:
RECENT experience is a MUST and is required for collections and supervisory exp.
- Previous experience in collections or revenue cycle management preferred
- Proficient in account reconciliation, debits, credits, and general math skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex account information
