(Can’t have anyone just walking around like they are on a date without someone.) • Close attention to details. Example of fragrances: Cocoa Butter VS Cocoa Butter Cashmere. • Busy Season Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – either 4:15 PM, 5:15 PM, or 6 PM. We will let them know ahead of time. *Possibly some work on a few Saturdays from 6 AM – 10 AM but we will try to keep Saturdays unscheduled as much as possible. • NO CALLOUTS. We had too many issues last busy season with this. Some temps in the past have called out on Thursdays & Fridays or Fridays and Monday’s. Once our busy season hits, we need everyone here working each day. • Seasonal Assignment with potential for full time employment. This will be for a June/July – December time frame assignment. IF they have minimal attendance issues and are a good working this could turn into a full-time position. • Punctuality: Be on time for clocking in for the shift and taking breaks on time. (morning break: remain on property. Lunch: Ok to leave but back within 45 minutes of clocking out. Afternoon break: remain on property). • Reliable transportation. • Team Player: Must have the “Willing to do whatever it takes” attitude. • Recent Picking / Packing experience in a warehouse. • Flexible to be trained and WILLING to work in different areas of the warehouse without complaining. • Dress professionally. (Shorts or jeans and a plain t-shirt are ok. Tennis shoes or boots. No slippers, or crocs.) • Speak professionally with coworkers and possibly speak with customers. • Potential warehouse areas to work in: Picking orders, pouring up small fragrance bottles for an order, Eventually learning how to pour up fragrance from jugs into bottles and/or be trained in the curbside department to help take out orders to customers’ cars.
