CNC Machinist

Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various machinery and tools to fabricate precise parts and components. *Responsibilities* - Must be able to machine parts and assemblies from prints/drawings and samples using manual mills, lathes, and other equipment to tight tolerances. - Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, milling machines, and plastics injection molding equipment - Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations - Program CNC machines using Mazatrol or similar software - Assemble machined parts to ensure proper fit and alignment - Must have a good understanding of basic machining principles and practices, micrometers and calipers. *Requirements* - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings - Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation - Familiarity with Mazatrol or similar CNC control systems - Experience with precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes
