Quality Control Technician

This is a 2nd shift position

We are seeking a detail oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through the inspection and testing of materials and products.

Responsibilities

- Perform quality control inspections using tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), calipers, and micrometers

- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement

- Implement and maintain quality management systems such as ISO 9001

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)

- Assist in the fabrication of prototypes and samples for quality testing

Skills

- Proficiency in using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

- Knowledge of quality management principles including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Audits

- Has experience in the poultry field

- Able to follow FDA guidelines

- Ability to fabricate prototypes and samples for testing purposes

- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)

• Poultry: 2 years (Required)
