Quality Control Technician

• The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through the inspection and testing of materials and products.

• 
  

• - Perform quality control inspections using tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), calipers, and micrometers

- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement

- Implement and maintain quality management systems such as ISO 9001

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)

- Assist in the fabrication of prototypes and samples for quality testing

• Skills

- Proficiency in using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

- Knowledge of quality management principles including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Audits

- Has experience in the poultry field

- Able to follow FDA guidelines

- Ability to fabricate prototypes and samples for testing purposes

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience:

  • Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
