· Answering inbound calls, emails and text messages from customers
· Process customer requests, including new service, scheduling services, etc.
· Make outbound collection calls, emails and text messages
· Able to think fast, find answers and respond quickly to customer inquiries
· Must be able to multitask, maintain organization and complete tasks
Qualifications:
· Proper telephone and email etiquette is a must
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong computer skills, including the ability to master new systems and to enter data quickly and accurately, filing documents, updating customer profiles/accounts
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish a PLUS)
