Collections Business to Business

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in business to business credit and collections. As a B2B Collections Specialist, you will manage and resolve B2B collections through phone and email communication, collaborate with internal teams, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve B2B collections through phone and email communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices
• Accurately document and track collections activities using Oracle or other software tools
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional relationships with clients
• Take instructions and action tasks efficiently with timely follow-up

Qualifications:
